Problem:
This issue has been reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# DGIN5STRJW and has
been addressed in 6.5.5 and 7.0.
LEI
SPR# DGIN5STRJW - Running an LEI replication activity and then using the
"Replace design" function on the database causes the LEI replication activity
to fail. This has been corrected in 6.5.5 and 7.0.

Turn off "Observe DST" if it is possible in your environment.
The issue occurs because when it is summer in the Southern hemisphere, it is
winter in the Northern hemisphere, and vice versa. LEI is making the adjustment
based on Northern hemisphere seasons. Note: Domino time is correct. Only the
